One of our oldest daughter's birthday requests was to have a gyros dinner~I am finally granting it tonight!
This is the tzatziki sauce I just made. Next up is the lamb gyros, which I will finish off under the broiler tonight after her gymnastics practice. Nothing like amazing street food at home ;)
(I may be brave enough to attempt photos tonight~if so, I will add them later.)
